Karl Goerlich

Karl Goerlich’s painterly oeuvre is a passionate tribute to the elemental forces of nature. His work merges figurative motifs of flora and landscape with a highly gestural abstraction. Rather than simply depicting nature, Goerlich translates its inherent energy—germination, growth, and decay—into a direct experience on canvas. SEbastian Nebe

Born in the Harz in 1982, Nebe lives and works in Berlin today. He completed a master class under Astrid Klein at the Leipzig Academy of Fine Arts and was a scholar of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. In 2013, he received the 10th Art Prize of the 'Leipziger Volkszeitung' and the Museum of Fine Arts Leipzig. A primary motif defines the work of painter Sebastian Nebe: the forest. Yet, this landscape—so often laden with romantic notions—is never shown without fractures in his art.

Ali Eckert

The German-American artist Ali Eckert creates works that delve deep into the iconography and pop culture of America.
